This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Clarence-Rockland (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for The Operation, Maintenance and Management of the Water and Wastewater Systems and Facilities, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
