Rockland's newest Park - Paul Lavoie, is a small 0.5 Acre multi-use area at the end of a round about on Catherine Street. Park features include a play park, gazebo, bocce ball courts, blooming & deciduous trees, and open space for community leisure. The purpose of the civil works is to assure adequate drainage in light of the new land use in the bocce ball court areas. The landscape features are intended to provide shading and character to the park, creating an inclusive mixed use environment for the community.

The Municipality of Clarence-Rockland would like to thank you for responding to invitation to Tender number 2024-029 for the above noted services. This letter will serve to confirm that the aforementioned Tender has been cancelled due to budget constraint.

The capital project team and the parks division are working on a revised project scope of work to ensure the major works to be undertaken are within the allocated approved budgeted funds.
