Description: 

The City of Clarence-Rockland is seeking external consultants to perform professional strategic advisory services. Strategic advisory professionals may be called upon to assist the City with the following tasks:

  • Review and comment on the project governance strategy or provide project governance advice for various projects.
  • Provide risk identification and mitigation advice in relation to the City’s strategies, services or projects.
  • Assist in relations, external communications, and discussions with other tiers of government, non-governmental organizations, community leaders and stakeholders, and consultants with the goal of providing value added to the City’s projects, policies, procedures, by-law reviews or other initiatives.
