The Corporation of the City of Clarence-Rockland (the “City”) is seeking services from prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Heavy Equipment Rental Rates with Operator from qualified contractors for the purpose of supplementing the City of Clarence-Rockland own forces and equipment from time to time.
