This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Clarence-Rockland (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Services for an in-depth Consultation and Planning Process that will result in the Development of a Comprehensive, AODA Compliant and Bilingual Parks, Recreation, Culture and Heritage Master Plan.
