With the success of the annual concert series at the Optimiste Performance Hall, the municipal administration is exploring the possibility of offering larger-scale concerts at the Clarence-Rockland Arena – Pad 1. The City of Clarence-Rockland is therefore requesting a formal proposals and quotes for the development of a Major Performances Feasibility Study to assess its viability and potential success.

The Clarence-Rockland Major Performances Feasibility Study should include formal recommendations as to if the City should move forward with this initiative.
