This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Clarence-Rockland (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit proposals for consulting services for the development of a comprehensive Community Improvement Plan (CIP) for the City of Clarence-Rockland as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
