The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering a complete, cloud-based HRIS solution that supports the City of Clarence-Rockland’s human resources, workforce management, compliance, and reporting needs. Deliverables are expected to include solution implementation and configuration, data migration, integration with existing systems where required, user training and onboarding support, documentation, ongoing technical support, and a clear pricing and service model. Vendors should map their proposed solution to each requirement in this RFQ and clearly identify how each deliverable will be met, including any assumptions, dependencies, exclusions, or optional components.
