The City is looking for professional engineering services for the expansion/upgrade of two (2) facilities (a water treatment plant and a water booster station). This includes construction cost estimates, Request for Tender documents and specifications, services during tender period, construction administration & construction inspection, and post construction services. The scope of work for the tender services, construction administration & construction inspection, and post construction services are considered provisional. A detailed scope of work is provided in APPENDIX B – RFP PARTICULARS. This Request for Proposal includes a mandatory meeting that must be attended if Proponents plan to submit a Proposal in response to this RFP. |
