The study is to conduct a comprehensive review of the City of Clarence-Rockland’s ward boundaries in order to arrive at an effective and equitable system of representation with the projected growth within the municipality. The revised ward structure is to be in place for the 2026 Municipal Election. Clarence-Rockland Council is comprised of nine members, including the Mayor and eight (8) ward councillors. This system was adopted in 1997 as part of the amalgamation process.
