The City of Clarence-Rockland is re-issuing an Invitation to Tender with changes to the Scope of Works for the Paul Lavoie Park Development (take2) Rockland's newest Park - Paul Lavoie, is a small 0.5 Acre multi-use area at the end of a round about on Catherine Street. Park features include a play park, gazebo, bocce ball courts, blooming & deciduous trees, and open space for community leisure. The purpose of the civil works is to assure adequate drainage in light of the new land use in the bocce ball court areas. The landscape features are intended to provide shading and character to the park, creating an inclusive mixed use environment for the community.
