The City of Clarence-Rockland is seeking qualified, experienced contractors for the maintenance of14.35 Km of the Cobb’s Lake Municipal Drain in the City of Clarence-Rockland, the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet, and the Township of La Nation. 

This construction project involves the re-establishment of smooth and positive profiles along the entire length of the Cobb’s Lake Municipal Drain. Re-establishment of the profiles including clearing of vegetation, channel widening for improved capacity, spreading of excavated material, removal/installment of culverts and crossings, re-establishment of seeded areas, installment of rock protection, and erosion and sediment control measures.
