Description: 

The City of Clarence-Rockland is inviting detailed proposals from qualified and experienced service providers with proven expertise in the inspection, testing, calibration, maintenance, and repair of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems. The successful proponent will be responsible for delivering Preventative Maintenance (PM), Demand Maintenance (DM), and Emergency Services (ES), and for furnishing all required materials, labour, supervision, transportation, inspections, permits, licenses, equipment, and any ancillary devices necessary to carry out the Services.
