The City of Clarence-Rockland is undertaking the design for the road rehabilitation of David Street (rue David) and Outaouais Side Road (Rue de la Montée Outaouais), to address aging infrastructure, drainage deficiencies, and increasing transportation demands driven by regional growth. Both corridors, identified in the City’s Transportation Master Plan, require upgrades to meet current safety, operational, and capacity standards. The Consultant would be required to complete the Detailed Design and Functional Design substantiated by supporting studies and investigations. Bilingual documentation is not required for consultant submissions. Any public-facing communications (e.g., Class EA consultation materials) shall be prepared in both official languages, as required. |
