The City of Clarence-Rockland is undertaking the design for the road rehabilitation of St. Denis Street (Rue Saint-Denis) to address aging infrastructure, drainage deficiencies, and increasing transportation demands driven by regional growth. This corridor, identified in the City’s Transportation Master Plan, requires upgrades to meet current safety, operational, and capacity standards. The Consultant would be required to complete Detailed Designs substantiated by supporting studies and investigations. Bilingual documentation is not required for consultant submissions. Any public-facing communication shall be prepared in both official languages.
