This project is Phase 2 of the 2014 Laurier Street sanitary trunk sewer rehabilitation project. The project goal is to reline and replace sections of the existing gravity sanitary sewer line. The projects limits are from the entrance of the Simon Parc on Laurier Street to the sanitary pumping station #1 located on the Southeast corner of Caron Street and the County Road 17.

The project scope includes spot repairs on two sections through open cut excavation (outside road limits). The project also requires lining of five sewer segments using structural liner on a total distance of 282 m along with lining of sewer maintenance holes (SMH).  Overall, these improvements are to address and prevent issues within the sanitary sewer system without having to replace the existing sanitary sewer pipes by open cut method.
