The City of Clarence-Rockland is seeking a professional bar service provider to supply and manage the alcohol sales at the Concert Series shows taking place during the 2024-2025 year at the Optimiste Performance Hall, 1535 Du Parc Avenue, Clarence-Rockland. The Fall 2024 Concert Series is hosting 3 shows that are included under this RFP: Concert events,
Other events / Partner show, The RFP also includes a mandatory participation to a City of Clarence-Rockland partner’s show in September. The winning bid will have to provide a bar service to the Association francophone des municipalités de l’Ontario (A.F.M.O) convention show which will be hosting dignitaries as well as public attendance.
